You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Description
The EROCK Ultra is a portable charging station for three-phase power. You charge your electric car with a Type 2 inlet at up to 22 kW on three phases, or up to 7.4 kW on a single phase. It comes with a red CEE plug (three-phase, 32A).
Does it fit your car?
Handy if you have a three-phase outlet and want to charge fast without a fixed station, or want to take your charging station with you. Your car needs a Type 2 inlet. You only reach 22 kW if your car can charge that fast; most electric cars charge at up to 11 kW. The number plate check shows how fast your car can charge.
How do you set it?
You set the charging current yourself, from 6 to 32A, on the unit or in the EVSE app. It remembers your last setting. With delayed charging you schedule your session, for example at night. The touchscreen shows charging status, speed and temperature; in the app you view and download your charging history.
Other outlets
With the separate adapter kit you can also connect it to a household socket (Schuko), a red 16A CEE outlet or a blue CEE outlet (single phase, 32A). On a household socket, choose a low setting.

- Weighs 6 kg. A wall bracket is sold separately.
- No MID meter, so not suitable for officially claiming charging costs from your employer.
