Warranty Coverage:
We offer a warranty on all our products for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, we are responsible for defects arising from manufacturing defects and materials. We will provide free repair or replacement of your product.
Warranty exclusions:
- Damage due to improper use or installation by a non-certified installer.
- Loss or damage due to accident or vandalism.
- Wear and tear from normal use, such as scratches, dents or surface damage.
- Defects caused by the use of non-certified accessories.
Diagnosis and repair in case of warranty exclusion:
- Man hours at €60 per hour, shipping costs will only be charged if the problem is not a product defect or usage error, or if the warranty period has expired.
- Costs for parts that may need to be replaced. The price can of course vary depending on the part. These will only be charged if the problem is not a product fault or usage error, or if the warranty period has already expired.
For products that have been in use for more than 1 year, we ask that you provide evidence that the product has been used properly. This is necessary to assess whether any problems or defects were caused by normal use or other factors.
