Exchanges and returns
At EV Plug Europe we understand that it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return a purchase. Here is an overview of our policies to make this process smooth:
Return term:
You have 30 days after receiving your order to indicate that you want to return an item. After submitting the returns form, you have 7 days to return the product.
Conditions:
The returned product must be complete and unused, including the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged or used items for returns. The costs for returning a product are borne by the customer.
Return procedure:
- Register your return:
Complete the returns form via our online returns portal. - Refund:
After receiving the return, the amount will be refunded within five working days to the same account number with which you paid. The refund is subject to proper receipt of the product.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including any shipping costs, will be credited once the product has been received in good condition, including all included accessories and in the original packaging.
