Exchange and return

At EV Poll Europe we understand that it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return a purchase. Here is an overview of our policy to ensure that this process runs smoothly:

Return period:
You have 30 days after receiving your order to indicate that you want to return an item. After submitting the return form you have 7 days to return the product.

Conditions:
The returned product must be complete and unused, including the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept damaged or used items for returns. The costs for returning a product are for the customer.

Return procedure:

  1. Register your return:
    Fill in the return form via our Online Retour Portal.
  2. Confirmation mail:
    After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation mail with a link to the status of your request. Keep an eye on this status, since no separate approval e -mail is sent.
  3. Reaction within three days:
    You will receive a response to your request within three days. If the return is approved, you can create a return label to return the product.
  4. Reimbursement:
    After receiving the return, the amount will be refunded within five working days to the same account number with which you have paid. The reimbursement depends on the proper reception of the product.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including any shipping costs, is credited as soon as the product has been received in good condition, including all supplied accessories and in the original packaging.

Can I also exchange my product?

Direct exchange not possible. With an approved return request you will receive a refund within five working days. With this you can place a new order. You also have the option to immediately place a new order after the return has been approved.

How long does it take before I get a response to my return request?

We strive to respond to your return application within three working days. However, it can take a little longer in busy periods. We do our best to be of service as soon as possible.

What happens after submitting the return form?

After completing and sending the return form you will receive a response within an average of three working days. If necessary, we will contact you via e-mail for additional information. If your return request is immediately approved, you will also receive a confirmation by e-mail. With approved applications, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within five working days.

When will I receive the reimbursement?

After approval of your return request, the amount will be refunded within five working days to the same account number that you used when payment is made.

How can I register a return?

You can easily register a return via our return portal. Follow the steps below:

    Go to our return portal via the button below or go to https://www.retourneren.nl/evplug.
  2. Confirmation of your return request:
    After you have submitted the return request, you will receive an e-mail for confirmation. In this e-mail you will find a link to the status of your application. Keep an eye on the status, because you do not receive a separate approval email. The approval of your return request can be seen in the status. Check this regularly.
  3. Response to your application:
    Within three days you will receive a response to your request. If the return request has been approved, you can create a return label to return the product.
  4. Reimbursement:
    After we have received the return, the amount will be refunded within five working days to the same account with which you have paid. Keep in mind that we can only refund the amount if the product has been received in good order.
