Exchanges and returns

At EV Plug Europe, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return a purchase. Here is an overview of our policies to make this process run smoothly:

Return Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your order to indicate that you wish to return an item. After submitting the return form, you have 7 days to return the product.

Conditions:
The returned product must be complete and unused, including the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged or used items for return. The cost of returning a product is the customer's responsibility.

Return Procedure:

  1. Report your return to:
    Complete the return form via our online returns portal.
  2. Confirmation email:
    After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the status of your request. Please monitor this status as no separate approval email will be sent.
  3. Response within three days:
    Within three days, you will receive a response to your request. If the return is approved, you can create a return label to return the product.
  4. Refund:
    Upon receipt of the return, the amount will be refunded within five business days to the same account number you used to pay. The refund depends on the proper receipt of the product.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including any shipping costs, will be credited once the product is received in good condition, including all included accessories and in its original packaging.

Can I exchange my product?

Direct exchange is not possible. Upon an approved return request, you will receive a refund within five business days. This allows you to place a new order. You also have the option to place a new order immediately after the return has been approved.

We strive to respond to your return request within three business days. However, during busy periods it may take a little longer. We do our best to serve you as quickly as possible.

What happens after submitting the return form?

After completing and submitting the return form, you will receive a response within an average of three business days. If necessary, we will contact you via email for additional information. If your return request is approved immediately, you will also receive a confirmation email. For approved requests, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within five business days.

When will I receive the refund?

After approval of your return request, the amount will be refunded within five business days to the same bank account number you used to make the payment.

How can I register a return?

You can easily register a return through our returns portal. Just follow the steps below:

  2. Confirmation of your return request:
    After you have submitted your return request, you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find a link to the status of your request. Please keep an eye on the status as you will not receive a separate approval email. The approval of your return request can be seen in the status. Please check it regularly.
  3. Response to your request:
