How we ship
We ship your order with PostNL. In Germany your parcel is delivered by DHL and in France by Colissimo: PostNL hands it over to the local carrier there. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with a track & trace link.
When will it arrive?
In stock and ordered before 23:00? Then we ship it the same working day. If you order at the weekend, your parcel leaves on Monday. In the Netherlands and Belgium you usually have it the next working day; in Germany and France within 1–2 working days. Deliveries to the Dutch Wadden Islands take 1 or 2 days longer because of the crossing.
If you order products with different delivery times, we send everything together as soon as your order is complete.
What does shipping cost?
- Netherlands and Belgium: always free
- Germany, France, Austria, Luxembourg and Denmark: free from €40, otherwise €9.95
- Other European countries: €19.95 or €29.95. You'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Business customers in the Netherlands and Belgium: free from €200 excl. VAT, otherwise €7.50
Nobody home?
Then the carrier leaves your parcel with a neighbour or at a pickup point nearby. Track & trace shows where your parcel is. In the Netherlands and Belgium you can also choose a pickup point at checkout.
