Shipping and Delivery

Shipment of your package

Products sold via the EV Plug Europe webshop are delivered to your home via our parcel delivery service PostNL, DPD or DHL. Which delivery person comes to your home depends on the availability and service offered in your region.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse on business days only. If you have placed your order during the weekend, the order will be delivered on the next working day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation about this during the course of the day (usually in the evening).

The e-mail confirmation you receive from us contains more information about the delivery method that applies to your order. If an order consists of items with different delivery times, we will combine the items so that the order can be delivered in one go.

Postage costs

No shipping costs will be charged for orders over 50 euros. For an order value below 50 euros, 6.75 euros will be charged. The delivery takes place including handling, packaging and postage. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Possible shipping methods are displayed at check-out. If you choose parcel post, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online. If you choose our carrier, you will receive an email in which you will be given the opportunity to choose the delivery time.

Home delivery

You will receive a Track & Trace link with which you can track your order. Of course we do our best to deliver orders on time, but sometimes a delivery can be delayed due to circumstances.

Due to the crossing, we deliver orders for the Wadden Islands 1 or 2 days later than the planned delivery date.

Nobody home? Then we will deliver your package to the neighbours. Or at a collection point nearby. We will of course leave you a ticket with a 'not at home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.
