You can pick up your order on working days (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Thanks to the Zaptec Go's smart connectivity, users can easily control and monitor the Charging station via their smartphone. With features such as charge status monitoring, scheduled charge times and notifications, the Zaptec Go provides an intuitive and personalized charging experience.
Load Balancing via P1 Sense
The Zaptec Sense P1 is widely used for home and small SMB connections. The Zaptec Sense module is known as the best in load balancing. Because you don't need third-party brand products, such as Tibber Pulse, and the Tibber app, everything stays within the Zaptec system. Connecting the Zaptec Sense P1 module is simple: you scan the QR code in the Zaptec app, add it to your circuit, and you can start using load balancing immediately.
The Zaptec Sense P1 can be easily connected to the P1 port of the smart meter. As with the Tibber Pulse, you do need a smart meter with at least DSMR 5.0 or higher. You can easily check this on the Domoticx website.
