You can pick up your order on working days (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Description
The Zaptec Go 2 is a compact home charging station with a Type 2 socket: you plug in your own charging cable. It charges at up to 22 kW, stays online via Wi-Fi or 4G and has a built-in MID meter. You control it with the Zaptec app or an RFID card.
Does it suit your home and car?
The Go 2 switches between single-phase and three-phase charging by itself. On a single-phase connection you charge at up to 7.4 kW, on a three-phase connection at up to 22 kW. Your car never charges faster than it can handle; most electric cars charge at 11 kW. The number plate check shows how fast your car can charge. If your car has Type 1, use a Type 1 to Type 2 charging cable.
Load balancing with the Zaptec Sense P1
Choose the version with load balancing and you get the Zaptec Sense P1 as well. It reads your home’s consumption through the P1 port of your smart meter. The Go 2 adjusts its charging power accordingly, so your connection isn’t overloaded. You need a smart meter with a P1 port (DSMR 5.0 or higher).

- The built-in MID meter measures your sessions accurately: handy if you claim charging costs from your employer.
- Supports OCPP 1.6, so you can link it to a charging service.
- Up to three Go 2 units can share one connection.
- The hardware is prepared for bidirectional charging (ISO 15118-20). Whether and when it works depends on software updates and your car.
- No screen: you see the status and history in the app.
