You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

With this EROCK plug holder, which you screw to the wall, your charging station or a mounting post, you hang up the Type 2 plug of your charging cable. It doesn’t dangle or lie on the ground. The plug stays clean and the cable is less likely to get damaged.
Does it fit your plug?
This holder is for a Type 2 plug. Type 2 is the standard in Europe: almost every electric car and charging station uses it. If you have a Type 1 plug, choose the Type 1 plug holder. The number plate check shows which inlet your car has.
Good to know
- The holder only holds the plug. To hang up the cable as well, choose a plug holder with cable holder or a cable hook.
