You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Can’t or don’t want to mount your Besen charging station on a wall, for example because your car is parked on the driveway or by the street? With this mounting post you install it free-standing. The post is made of black-coated steel and lasts for years.
Installation
The post comes in two parts, which makes installation easier. Ideally set it in concrete so it stands firmly. The supply cable enters through an opening just above the ground, or underground through the middle of the post.

- Suitable for the Besen charging station.
- Length 150 cm, post 13 x 6 cm, base plate 19 x 25 cm, weight 8 kg.
- The cable and plug holder in the photo is not included.
- Always have the station connected by a qualified installer.
