You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Is your car just too far from the three-phase outlet? This EROCK extension cable extends your mobile three-phase charger, such as the EROCK Max. It has red CEE 16A plugs (5-pin, 400V) and extra thick copper cores of 5x 2.5 mm², so it stays cooler when you charge for hours.
How fast does it charge?
The cable is rated for three phases at 16A, or up to 11 kW. It is not suitable for a charger with a red CEE 32A plug, such as the EROCK Ultra.
Which length?
You can choose 10 or 20 metres. Don’t go longer than you need: the longer the cable, the more voltage loss.
Using it safely
- Use one extension cable: don’t connect cables in series.
- Splash-proof (IP44): suitable for outdoor use, but keep the coupling dry and off the ground.
- Sturdy black rubber sheath (H07RN-F).
