You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Description
The EROCK Pulse is a compact home charging station with a fixed 6-metre Type 2 cable. No screen and no app: park, plug in, charge. The white, round design barely stands out on the wall.
Which power do you choose?
- 7.4 kW (single-phase 32A): for a single-phase connection.
- 11 kW (three-phase 16A): for a three-phase connection and most new electric cars. On a single-phase connection this version charges at up to 3.7 kW.
Your car never charges faster than it can handle. The number plate check shows how fast your car can charge.
Good to know
- An LED indicator shows the status of your charging session, including faults.
- The charging power adapts to your car; you don’t set it yourself.
- No screen, no app and no RFID.
- The fixed cable has a Type 2 plug. If your car has Type 1, choose a station with a socket.
- Does not work on a grid without a neutral conductor, such as the 3x230V grid in some Belgian homes.
- Protected against water and dust (IP66).
- DC leakage detection is built in. Your installer decides which residual current device you need in the fuse box. Always have the station connected by a qualified installer.
