You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

This extension cable has extra thick copper cores (3x 2.5 mm²) instead of the usual 1.5 mm², and two sockets at the end. So it stays cooler when you charge for hours, and you can connect a second device.
What is it for?
For a mobile charger with a regular plug (Schuko), up to 16A (3.7 kW). The 16A applies to the cable as a whole: while charging your car, don’t connect heavy appliances to the second socket. It is not meant for three-phase power or a charging station.
Which length?
You can choose 10 or 20 metres. Don’t go longer than you need: the longer the cable, the more voltage loss.
Using it safely
- Use one extension cable: no cables in series and no power strip.
- Splash-proof (IP44): suitable for outdoor use, but keep the sockets dry and off the ground.
- Unsure about your circuit or socket? Charge at a lower setting, for example 10A.
