You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

The Zaptec Sense P1 adds load balancing to your Zaptec charging station. It reads your home’s current consumption through the P1 port of your smart meter. Your station charges with the power that’s left: switch on the oven and your car charges a little slower for a while. That way your connection is never overloaded.
Does it suit your situation?
The Sense P1 works with the Zaptec Go, Go 2 and Pro, on single-phase and three-phase connections. You need a smart meter with a P1 port that supports DSMR 5.0 or higher. You pair it in the Zaptec app by scanning a QR code; no app or meter from another brand is needed.
