You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

With this mounting post you install your Zaptec Go free-standing, for example on the driveway or at a parking space. The post is made entirely of metal with a matte black coating and has pre-drilled holes for the station.
Does it fit your station?
This post only fits the Zaptec Go. If you have a Zaptec Go 2, choose the post for that model.
Installation
Place the post on a concrete block, concrete footing or large paving slab of at least 70 x 70 cm; four concrete anchors are included. The post consists of two column sections and a separate base plate. The supply cable enters through an opening above the base or from below.
Good to know
- Height 149 cm, column 12 x 5 cm, base plate 19 x 25 cm, weight 8 kg.
- Mounting holes for a plug and cable holder; the holder in the photo is not included.
- Always have the station connected by a qualified installer.
