You can pick up your order on working days (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 11 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

Description
The Zaptec Pro is the ideal charger for spacious parking facilities in housing cooperatives, CoEs, businesses and new construction projects. This smart and efficient charging station is equipped with a self-closing housing for a perfect finish. In addition, the Charging station is MID-certified and features a 4G upgrade, allowing seamless communication between the various charging stations. The Zaptec Pro is also future-ready, with bidirectional charging capability and support for Plug & Charge (ISO15118) for even faster charging.
The Zaptec Pro meets the strictest safety standards. It is equipped with several features to ensure safety, including an integrated Type B residual current device that trips the circuit breaker in the event of a ground fault in the vehicle or charging cable. In addition, it performs calibrations and self-tests before each charging session and features multiple internal temperature sensors.
Always online
The Zaptec Pro stays online at all times via Wi-Fi or 4G LTE-M and is regularly updated with the latest features and updates through its own cloud service, the Zaptec Portal. Through this portal, you can monitor your energy consumption and configure the charging station remotely, for example to set up a back office.
Phase balancing
The Zaptec Pro is equipped with its own unique Load Balancing system. This allows automatic switching between single-phase and three-phase charging, making more efficient use of all available power than with other chargers. Usually only one phase is used during charging, but with the Zaptec Pro's phase balancing system, the load is distributed evenly across all three phases. This results in improved use of available energy by up to 66 percent. If you have multiple chargers, the system dynamically distributes power among the chargers so that each achieves the ideal charging rate.
Load balancing
To make smart use of all available energy in homes, apartment complexes and commercial buildings, the Zaptec Sense P1 Bundle was designed. This load balancing module automatically adjusts the charge rate while also protecting your fuses. The Zaptec Sense P1 Bundle easily connects to the smart meter's P1 port. Connecting the Zaptec Sense P1 module is very simple: you scan the QR code in the Zaptec app, add it to your circuit and you are ready to use load balancing.

The intuitive Zaptec App puts you in complete control of your charging experience. Monitor in real-time your charging sessions, receive notifications about the status of your vehicle, and easily manage your charging times, all from your smartphone. With the Zaptec App, you not only optimize the charging process, but also have access to convenient features such as setting charging limits and viewing charging history. Make charging an effortless and personalized experience with the Zaptec App.
Bidirectional charging
The Zaptec Pro is ready for bidirectional charging, meaning the charger is capable of delivering power from the electric car's battery to the home. Another option is to deliver excess power back to the grid for a feed-in fee. This allows you, for example, to use stored power from your solar panels or power taken during off-peak hours at a later time for your home.
Although the technology for bidirectional charging is present in the Zaptec Pro, this feature is not currently implemented. This is due to various issues related to tax laws, data protection and possible misuse of the technology. Major steps are expected to be taken regarding the rollout of this feature in late 2024.
