You can pick up your order on working days (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

Smart Connectivity for Convenience
The Zaptec Go's smart connectivity allows users to easily control and monitor the Charging station via their smartphone. With features such as charge status monitoring, scheduled charge times and notifications, the Zaptec Go creates an intuitive and personalized charging experience.
Load Balancing via P1 Sense
The Zaptec Sense P1 is perfect for residential and small SMB connections. Known as the best in load balancing, this module requires no external products, such as Tibber Pulse or the Tibber app, so everything stays within the Zaptec system. Connecting the Zaptec Sense P1 to your circuit is simple: scan the QR code in the Zaptec app and instantly activate load balancing.
Phase Switching for Flexibility
The Zaptec Go is equipped with 1/3 phase switching, which allows for automatic switching between 1-phase and 3-phase charging, depending on the power available per phase and the amount of solar power generated. The Zaptec Sense P1 can be easily connected to the P1 port of a smart meter, provided it supports at least DSMR 5.0 or higher. You can easily check this on the Domoticx website.
MID Meter for Transparent Charges
The charging station has a built-in MID-approved energy meter, which allows you to easily calculate and manage your charging costs, in accordance with the EU directives for measuring instruments.
Sustainable Charging with Solar Energy
The Zaptec Go 2 is fully prepared for use with solar energy. By integrating with your solar panels, you can charge your car with renewable energy, which is good for the environment as well as lowering your energy costs.
