You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Thanks to the EROCK Mobile charger you can charge flexibly and easily, wherever your journey takes you. Plug in the socket, type 1 plug in your car, and your charging session begins!
Determine your own loading capacity
The EROCK type 1 Mobile charger offers three different ampere settings, so you decide at what speed you want to charge. You can adjust the charging capacity from 8A to 16A. Depending on the available amperage at your location, it is sometimes wise not to select the maximum ampere setting. At places such as campsites and holiday homes, where the power capacity is often limited, it is better to charge at 8A to 10A. Even if other devices require a lot of power, it is wise to opt for a lower ampere setting. This prevents overloading of the power connection and ensures a smooth charging process.
Memory function on the EROCK Mobile charger
The memory function remembers your last set charging capacity, so you do not have to set it again each time. This adds extra convenience to your charging routine and makes the charging process more efficient.
