You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

Standard extension cords usually have a wire thickness of 3x1.5 mm², which can lead to faster heat development when used at high power for long periods. At a length of 25 meters, the maximum current for a 1.5 mm² conductor is 16A (3.68 kW) at 230V. A 2.5 mm² conductor can handle a higher current over the same length, up to 20A (4.6 kW). The thicker conductors reduce electrical resistance, resulting in less heat and safer use.
