You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

Returns
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

EROCK Ultra Mobile Charging station – flexible, powerful and user-friendly. Charge your electric car quickly and efficiently, wherever you are. The Charging station has a CEE red (3-phase, 32A) connection as standard and can be expanded with an optional adapter package: European Schuko, CEE red (3-phase, 16A) and CEE blue (1-phase, 32A).
For added convenience, a mounting bracket including mounting materials is available, so you can use the Charging station can easily be mounted on the wall. (available soon)

The EROCK Ultra charges just as fast as a fixed one Charging station. Thanks to advanced technology you can charge in both 1-phase and 3-phase:
