You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

Common extension cords usually have a core thickness of 3x1.5mm², which can quickly overheat when used at high power. The maximum current for a 1.5mm² conductor over 25 meters is 16A (3.68 kW) at 230V. For a 2.5mm² conductor over 25 meters this can be 16A at 400V (6.4 kW). By using thicker cores, resistance is reduced, resulting in less heat development and therefore safer use.
