You can pick up your order on weekdays (in time slots) at our warehouse in Ridderkerk. Your order can be picked up between 09:00 - 11:00 or between 16:00 - 20:00. If you report to Schillingstraat 7, 2988 CT in Ridderkerk, a warehouse employee will hand over your package.

If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 23:00 or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

You can return your product within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please make sure the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted. Go to our returns page to request a return or exchange.

Description
Description
This eRock mounting post is made of steel with black coating for long life. The pole is best set in concrete so that the charging station stands firmly.

The ground fixing plate is 19 x 25 cm. The pole consists of 2 parts for easier installation. The power cable can either go through a hole just above the ground or through the center of the pole underground.
This mounting post is suitable for the eRock Pulse Charging Station. If you choose a duo model for mounting a charging station, you need to seal the side you are not using with the screws provided to prevent rust.
Notice: The cable and plug holder shown in the picture is not included.
