If you live in the Netherlands and order before 23:00 on a weekday, you will receive the product the next day. Orders after 11 p.m. or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. For residents of Belgium & Germany, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. For both the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

The Zaptec Pro is the ideal charger for ample parking facilities in home cooperatives, VVEs, companies and new construction projects. This smart and efficient Charging station Is equipped with a self -closing housing for a perfect finish. Moreover, it is Charging station Mid-certified and has a 4G upgrade, which makes seamless communication between the various charging points possible. Also the Zaptec Pro ready for the future, with the possibility for bidirectional loading and support for Plug & Charge (ISO15118) to be able to load even faster.
The Zaptec Pro meets the strictest safety standards. It is equipped with various functions to guarantee safety, including an integrated type B residual power device that eliminates the power breaker in the event of an earthing error in the vehicle or the Charging cable. Moreover, it performs calibrations and self -tests for each loading session and has several internal temperature sensors.
Always online
The Zaptec Pro stays online at all times via WiFi or 4G LTE-M and is regularly updated with the latest functions and updates via its own cloud service, the Zaptec Portal. Via this portal you can monitor your energy consumption and the Charging station Configure remotely, for example for setting a back office.
Phase balancing
The Zaptec Pro is equipped with its own unique load balancing system. This allows automatic switching between ankle -phase and three -phase loading, so that all available power is used more efficiently than with other chargers. Usually only one phase is used during loading, but with the phase balancing of the Zaptec Pro is evenly distributed the load over all three phases. This results in an improved use of the available energy up to 66 percent. If you have multiple chargers, the system distributes the power dynamically over the chargers, so that each charger reaches the ideal loading speed.
Load Balancing
In order to be able to use all available energy in houses, apartment complexes and company buildings in a smart way, the Zaptec Sense P1 Bundle designed. This load balancing module automatically adjusts the loading speed and at the same time protects your fuses. The Zaptec Sense P1 bundle is easy to connect to the P1 port of the smart meter. Linking the Zaptec Sense P1 module is very simple: you scan the QR code in the Zaptec-App, adds it to your circuit and you are ready to use load balancing.
Zaptec App - Smart loading within reach
With the intuitive Zaptec App you have full control over your charging experience. Monitor in real-time your loading sessions, receive notifications about the status of your vehicle, and simply manage your loading times, all from your smartphone. With the Zaptec App not only optimize the charging process, but you also have access to handy functions such as setting loading limits and viewing charging history. Make drawers a effortless and personalized experience with the Zaptec App.
Bidirectional loading
The Zaptec Pro is ready for bidirectional loading, which means that the charger is able to deliver electricity from the battery from the electric car to the house. Another option is to return the surplus current to the grid for a return allowance. This allows you, for example, to use stored current from your solar panels or electricity that you have taken during off -peak hours, at a later time for your home.
Although the technology for bidirectional drawers is present in the Zaptec Pro, this function is currently not implemented. This is due to various issues with regard to tax legislation, data protection and possibly abuse of the technology. Large steps are expected to be taken with regard to the rollout of this function at the end of 2024.
